Domestic Shipping

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart) and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Returns and Exchange

Kresa products are made carefully and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards. If there’s a flaw with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

  • Due to reasons of hygiene, there will be no refunds or exchange in any case, without any exception,
  • Your product is eligible for return/exchange, if you have received a defective product in terms of quality or a manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect product is deilivered to you.
  • Incase a product delivered is found to be defective , the customer must inform us within 2days of receiving the product with exact defect mentioned.

    – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
    – Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition.

You can ship the item back to us as well and supply the tracking information to us. Kresa Silver will not be responsible for items lost in transit while shipping item back. In the case of defective items, the shipping charges for sending back or re-shipping will be waived.

  • We reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
